Managing the design development and planning deliverable production of the Euston Over-Station Development masterplan. Lendlease Development Europe Ltd. had acted as the Masterplan Development Partner to the Department for Transport on the Euston Over-Station Development Masterplan, where my role was centred on orchestrating a holistic development strategy that aligns with the overarching goals of the Development objectives, Euston Area Plan, emphasising a cohesive site-wide vision that adheres to both political and planning policy directives.

Assisting in RIBA Stages 0, 1, and 2 delivery in accordance with an agreed project framework approach, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and sustainability standards and to achieve required commercial and placemaking outcomes. Specific workstreams includes managing the masterplan design code development, as well as strategy for arts & culture, landscape & public realm, accessibility & mobility, sustainability,
meanwhile use, town & country planning, and housing.

From May 2024, I was transfered to the Place Assets team where the role  consults and advises across all masterplans in Lendlease’s portfolio (Stratford Cross, Elephant Park, Silvertown, Thamesmead, and Euston).
The role responsibilities include masterplan reviews, which includes the evaluation of the overall design, configuration, and scale of masterplan assets in alignment with the project's goals, market demand, and place-making objectives - assisting across all RIBA Stages. As well as street-level design reviews, which includes assessments of the design's impact on the wider estate, promoting optimisation, human-scale units, and cohesion with the surrounding area, while encouraging public interaction.
Dec 2018 - May 2021
Assistant Project Manager, Quintain Estates Ltd.

Providing project management support and strategy development for delivering community outreach, skills and employment programmes, educational engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion strategies, social value strategies (covering social, environmental, and economic impacts), and volunteering programmes at Wembley Park. This work is aligned with agreed milestones and deliverables, and adheres to quality, safety, and sustainability standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing, monitoring, and managing project and programme activities, conducting analyses and reviews of technical plans, corporate processes & procedures, and contributing to the completion and delivery of various projects at Wembley Park. Additionally, working across RIBA Stages 5, 6, and 7, the role encompasses project management, contract tendering, review of Section 106 agreements, and delivering and discharging of planning requirements across the Wembley Park estate.
