Managing the design development and planning deliverable production of the Euston Over-Station Development masterplan. Lendlease Development Europe Ltd. had acted as the Masterplan Development Partner to the Department for Transport on the Euston Over-Station Development Masterplan, where my role was centred on orchestrating a holistic development strategy that aligns with the overarching goals of the Development objectives, Euston Area Plan, emphasising a cohesive site-wide vision that adheres to both political and planning policy directives.
Assisting in RIBA Stages 0, 1, and 2 delivery in accordance with an agreed project framework approach, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and sustainability standards and to achieve required commercial and placemaking outcomes. From May 2024, I was transfered to the Place Assets team where the role consults and advises across all masterplans in Lendlease’s portfolio (Stratford Cross, Elephant Park, Silvertown, Thamesmead, and Euston). The role responsibilities include masterplan reviews, which includes the evaluation of the overall design, configuration, and scale of masterplan assets in alignment with the project's goals, market demand, and place-making objectives - assisting across all RIBA Stages. As well as street-level design reviews, which includes assessments of the design's impact on the wider estate, promoting optimisation, human-scale units, and cohesion with the surrounding area, while encouraging public interaction.
